For me it's exciting and stressful. On one hand you are showing great skill and get a bit of an ego boost. On the other hand your teammates will definitely call you out if you screw it up by dying. Plus they will start to expect you to carry them so they put less effort in the team fights ahead.

It's only ever happened once or twice for me, and both times I thought "Hey! Someone stole my name and became kill leader!" xD

Meh. Killing can be random at times. I got two kills last night while dealing only 35 damage.
