Nobody can deny it, the game has become very competitive and it is pushing out the casuals or upsetting them. Also, fun can be defined in many different ways. People can have fun playing competitively.

Definitely agree with this. Can’t even imagine new players going into this game anymore.
- @Cheese9Man I think social media has a lot to do with this. I remember as a kid going over to a friend's house and playing video games and no one cared who was better. These days being the best at everything in every game is all we are exposed to.
- @swift07 Yeah, and now that I think about it, we would play Mortal Kombat for a couple of hours and then go ride our bikes in the park and do other stuff... games didn't matter beyond just having fun. These days people are dedicating their lives to becoming better at a game that will do absolutely nothing to improve their lives. Glad this was brought up actually, makes me wonder about my own decisions with regards to time spent on video games.
