@DavidW74 Numbers can and do lie. Lots of players can't be bothered to push for higher ranks that would have been able to do so.

- @NaRnIaaa I don't play 24/7 just some hours most days and occasional grind but I love fps games, what can I say!
Edit: Level doesn't indicate competence.. I know some players that have 10k+ kills on a char and still run off to skull town solo chasing teams and rage when things don't go the way they wanted when a less confident and lower level player might have stuck together or communicated more and had a very different outcome. - @NaRnIaaa I don’t know any either. I’m plat 4 and can push up to plat 2 but get pushed back...stuck in platinum. Only play with randoms. I have read of players doing it with pugs, but don’t know any myself. Figured it’s possible if your better then I am, and there are many people who impress me with there skill...so I assume some have made it without a team.
@DavidW74 Just get into the habit of always camping to at least top5 and you'll get it eventually (70%+ top5 rate is more than doable). Plat games are pretty lax (the army of forever-plat4's just die fast) and getting to top5 isn't that hard. You should still be able to get diamond in a week (assuming you actually have enough time to play), if you win at least some of those top5's.
- @Biochemikas Camping is extremely difficult with randoms. They simply will not join you most the time. Running off to camp alone, no thanks. I’m not opposed to it if all else is lost and it’s my only reasonable option. I tried every method and could get to plat 2 but no further. I am on pc so perhaps there is a difference between it and Xbox/ps? Not sure. Apparently I’m not good enough to do it with random’s because I tried for weeks and weeks. But like I said previously I have seen players out there that are superior in skill so if I got close then I’m guessing more talented have done it. I would love to hear from somebody on this forum that’s made it to diamond with randoms. Any diamond or predator player out there want to speak up on this?
