How many games should the average player be winning?

I want to know want our community thinks the norm experience should be for the average skilled player. Obviously, I am looking for a ball park number. Should an average player be winning half of the...

@lnxtvvWell.. I have 922 games played with 243 wins, so its not 3/4. Its still 1/4, you mean to say 3/10 of my games. I win like 2 or 4 times every 10 games on average.
