How to fix "Waiting for player"?

Case: 179453302
Game: Apex Legends
Platform: PC
Status: Waiting for player
Category: Incorrect blocking
On the mail, EA asked me to confirm my email in order to continue working with my application. I didn’t understand how exactly I should do this, so I turned to the apex community discord. There they told me that I needed to send a screenshot of the letter to EA mail. I did this, but the player's waiting status does not disappear. What to do? :_(

    Hey @1ceSt0rm234, if you have a case created with EA Help and the status is currently "Waiting on Player", they're probably waiting for your reply to their latest email. If you're unable to reply to them, please try creating a new ticket. 

    How do I contact EA?
