How to make a formal complaint about being over charged on a game.
Ive spoke to 2 advisors neither of them could help me at all. told me its out there limits of what they can do. there no formal complaints ?

You need to contact EA help directly to get help with this one, as the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as missing content or a complaint.
