How to make Octane, Loba and Path more viable?

Imo i feel these legends are under used to balance them out and to compete with the rest of the roster, (as Rampart has perks for LMGs) give Octane shot gun perks, Loba has pistol perks to match her ...

@DaleWWilson95 Octane and loba are currently undergoing work, I'd expect to see them receive more substantial buffs on s7 drop. Likely focused more heavily on loba as her pickrate has plummeted.

They've repeatedly nerfed pathfinder over s5...and seem quite happy with where he is at now seeing as they only buffed his passive out of necessity. I wouldn't expect to see much more on that front if i'm honest with you.

@MandatoryIDtag I feel like if im not lifline, wraith, blood or a defence character dude im at a massive disadvantage before im out the ship... These changes would reward aggressive players to counter the defence and balance them out and make them feel more choosable with out them being OP imo
