Can you please perma ban the cheaters?

literally every single one of them is back in the game now, level 20's running around with perfect aim and esp, EVERY single match has at least one blatent one. This is ridiculous at this point, I refuse to spend any money on your game if it stays like this, this is the reason I stopped playing for years and its getting to that point again
