How to report players for teaming?

@E9ine_AC From experience, teaming is only taken seriously in Ranked. I have never seen a ban for teaming in casuals.
- @CompleatBeet Because they have not been caught. Let video come out of it of them farming damage/kills for badges. They will meet their fate.
