How to unban Apex Legends?

Is there a way to unban Apex Legends? I recently came back to play this game. I believe the last time I logged in was in January, and I was planning to come back on April 14th. However, when I tried to log in through Steam, the game asked me to log in to EA again, but I couldn't log in with my email. At first, I thought I had forgotten my password, so I clicked on "forget password." However, it was sent to y******[edit: email address removed], which is not my email. After that, I realized that my account's email had been changed, indicating that my account had indeed been hacked. I contacted EA help, and the issue was resolved. I successfully recovered my password. When I logged into the game, I found out that I was banned.
I suspect that the hacker used my account to play Apex and cheat, leading to my ban. I contacted EA help again and reported the entire incident. When I checked my cases, I found that the hacker had contacted EA help several times. What surprised me the most was that the support team actually helped the hacker:
- The hacker informed support that "My Steam has been stolen, can I uninstall it?" This Steam account had been linked to mine for many years. Did support not verify this? They even helped unlink it for the hacker, which left me confused about what happened.
- My account was banned twice, both occurring around the same dates, March 3rd and March 17th, 2024. The first ban was lifted after the hacker informed support, but the second ban, which is still in effect, has not been lifted. I reported that my account was hacked and provided evidence, including the case where I reported being hacked, screenshots of my Steam page that was unlinked for support to verify the link, and receipts sent to my email to confirm that I am the original owner of the email before it was changed. However, it was declined, so I sent it again for reconsideration. The result was the same. I tried live chatting with support to reconsider, but they couldn't help me either.
I am very disappointed with EA help support. I don't know what to do next. Is there any way for support to verify that I am innocent? Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do next?
