    Hey @Skrayped 

    Unfortunately, we can't assist with a banned account on Answer HQ.
    You can only reach out to the terms of the service team to get your account ban lifted.

    I've read somewhere that the response emails are from a template because of legal reasons but cannot say that for sure.

@Skrayped The ToS group is far from "imaginary."

My advice to you: since they confirmed you cheated, drop the act, take responsibility, and make a new account. Learn to play fairly, and with enough quality practice you'll get the results you want without paying for cheats.
