@Specifiic Do you have any ideas for how to fix it? Is the issue the snipers are weak or the marksman are strong?

I dunno I wiped a squad with a sentinel the other night.
But I also felt there's no difference between them other than one can take longer sights. Maybe they need less bullet drop. The issue is some people seem to 'have the ability' to hit every shot with an assault rifle vs a sniper at 400 meters.
