If you got blue screened and don't have screen shots or any evidence then I don't think your going to get your badges. Because if the server didn't register the information which it DOES right after the win/loss, so if you had time to screen shot it would have registered. But either way if somehow DIDN'T they still can't help you without any evidence from your side. If you have the screen shots and for some reason can't get in touch with support to submit it you can always try posting them here and seeing if the mod's can forward your request themselves or help you solve the problem with the link to support.
Only reason you'll need proof is because anyone can make this claim and just get free badges handed to them.

If I have to have proof then this was pointless. I have 20 bombs with other characters I’f that helps? I have no reason to make this up as i have the badges on other characters. I see what you mean though because anyone can make those accusations just to have the fancy badges. Oh well I’ll get a 20 bomb again with the mighty pathfinder. Just hate the connection on my PS4 and even on apex sometimes.
