I accidentally claimed my twitch prime loot on the wrong ea account

I claimed my twitch prime loot on the account [edit: email address removed] accidentally because it is the same email as my twitch account, but it is different than the EA account attached to my Xbox account (this one). I’ve never even played apex on that account, so would it be possible to transfer the rewards to this account? Thanks.

Guys, don’t worry. You can still claim the rewards. All you need to do is unlink the account that you accidentally claimed the reward on. To do this, you need to go to ea and go to the settings and unlink the prime account. Then, go back to prime rewards and relink it back to the correct account. Be warned, unlinking the account that you originally put the rewards on will block you from linking another prime account and getting rewards. Hope this helps!

It wont load the page, it just loads, i can load any other page perfectly fine but i cannot create a new case

I claimed my prime gaming loot on the wrong ea account and for some reason my ea account that is linked to my xbox is using an email I didn't create, so I cant login to it unless there is the xbox sign in button on the screen, specifically the xbox logo at the bottom of some but not all sign in screens on ea.
when I go to link my twitch account to my ea account that is linked to my xbox it will only let me sign in with username and password instead of xbox button, but as I said I didn't pick the email so I cant login that way because I don't know the full email name, its blocked out on account info.
Is there any way to change the email associated with my ea account without being able to access the original email address?
or is there a way to unclaim the prime loot and then reclaim with a different ea account?
Really annoying me, been trying to fix this for three hours strait. you are my only hope.
