I triggered a spinning macro from my mouse while I was in the firing range. The macro basically spins the cursor really fast to get fast spins in osu!, but I inadvertently pressed the button while I was using the firing range. Note I never played any actual multiplayer games while the macro was on. Will I get banned?

As for your question, it's hard to say how Apex's cheating detection is set up. None of us knows exactly what can set it off. So, I wouldn't be worried about a one-time mistake, but I also would be very careful that it doesn't happen again (in other words, get rid of the macro).
P.S. - Make sure to start inventing a story about how your computer was hacked and the hacker installed some crazy macro to practice spinning around with an R99 or something like that ... from Libya. So it obviously wasn't you. (Wink.)
