I did by the code from a third party site, i am aware that EA dosent give a **bleep** about codes from an third party site. The problem was that it was a code for 2150 apex coins and i redeemed it on EA WEB but the problem comes in from the redeeming itself to getting the items in game. The problem is not the code itself but EAs issues with tranfering the currency to my game. Been speeking to both support from EA and G2A wwith the seller and thier support. G2A cant do anything as the code was valid and working. EA refuses to do anything because 3rd party. Even though they said that a team will reachg out to me and help me. That was 12h ago.

6VTVa1LO9PaBwH Yeah, EA doesn't support codes purchased from unauthorized digital retailers, (and from the looks of it, G2A is also known to scam):

If I had to guess, G2A had sold you a fake, used, or stolen code, (or it was disabled by EA for being illegally obtained).

EA Support won't be able to help you, so you would need to get a refund from G2A, (but from what it looks like, G2A might not refund your money, so you could try doing a chargeback if its possible to).
I'd also would recommend to never use G2A or any other 3rd party retailer again to avoid having this issue in the future.
