I bought founders pack for it to be removed from the game?!

Not acceptable. I hope it’s a bug or something because I spent money on that founders pack bundle because it was a great deal with decent items. I love the skin, and for me to log onto apex and see ...

If you have problem with your account as missed content, EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.

You need an Advisor to look this with you. Contact with an EA Game Advisor as below:
