I can't log into the game, it says my account has been banned
It suddenly popped up when I was on the training ground. I checked my account ban status on EA Help and it says there are no ban records. I don't know what's going on. I've spent a lot of money in the game and I have a heirloom I don't want to lose.

Sorry to say, but we aren't able to support account actions here on the forums. If you're not seeing anything in your Penalty History page, please confirm whether you've signed in to the same account you usually play on by checking your Connected Accounts and Order History pages to verify the information there. You'll need to be signed in on the actioned account for the Penalty History page to populate.
Once you've confirmed you're on the right account and the tool is still showing no account actions, it'd be best if you connect with our live support team so they can look into the account. Unfortunately, we aren't able to view or discuss account information here on the forums.
