I can't play because Party member preprocessing

I have had this issues for six months I stopped playing because I didn't know how to fix it it keeps saying "party member preprocessing" BUT AM NOT EVEN IN A PARTY! So am just stuck in the main scree...

So I've been having this issue after every game I have to close game or leave lobby and join back because it endlessly says "party member preprocessing" I have looked up so much stuff. I've reinstalled it. I've tried changing my dns settings. I've done so much and nothing has changed it. Please help !
