I can't play this game with my friends cause of sbmm

I legit can't play this game with my friends in any capacity cause of sbmm. They're not as good as me but the game treats them like they're masters/diamond players just cause they're queued with me. I feel terrible cause they lose most 1v1s and can never win a 2v1. One of them is just about done playing this game forever and the other one is waiting for something else to replace it. Respawn has no idea how much damage their sbmm is causing. The logic of having every mode in their game essentially be a ranked mode is beyond idiotic. We used to love this game now noone can stand it. I have to make smurf accounts and purposely derank to bronze/silver just so they don't rage quit after one game. Just so they can enjoy even a minute of this game without being jumped on and killed every time they see someone.

    @xSagezThat sucks and yeah others on here have complained about similar things. Do your friends try to get better or not? I have one that will rarely play and then get mad when he doesnt do well. I've told him flat out he has to play to get better but he refuses and blames the game.

    This is where an option for sbmm off would come in handy.

    @xSagez Imo the best solution is for you to take role as leader and order them around until yous are sync...Land as a team, move as a team etc etc You will get the same people no matter your rank because the servers are regional

    The year is 2020. Game Punlishers are so intent on maximizing their profits margins that the in-game matchmaking ACTUALLY DETERS PLAYERS FROM PLAYING WITH THEIR FRIENDS.

    Next to cheating, this is actually the biggest issue in modern day gaming and is the direct result of SBMM.

    @hayhor I'd love if they could get better but they play with me almost every day and I don't expect anything to change. They mostly play a support/defensive role just to stay alive or help me when they can. The reality of it is that there's nothing we can do. The game won't allow them to have fun.
