I don't care if this is the "DNA" of apex, but third parties are too much

It is really getting frustrating now, I bump in to a team, we fight, we got thirded, the party wo thirded us gets fourth partied, the fourth party gets fifth partied. Never experienced so much third...

@swift07 as i hate those streamer that always getting carried by their stacked teamate who always said '' go engage man if you want to be better '' well they're true you won't learn anything unless you jumped into the action

and yeah i learn more by looking for trouble

@kittysune tell that to the 20 people hiding far away sniping at the people fighting. I'm so sick of KC. It's such a boring * map. All people do is hide and snipe 3rd party.

    @swift07 now those 20 people have vantage that can snipe anything from far away withou learning how to aim properly with sniper

      @kittysunelol yep. Her sniper has a wider hit radius and it's on her alt, so she has 3 weapons. Snipers ruin the game for me. It keeps people from engaging because you have teams just camping far away sniping and third partying. So lame.

        Apex was never meant to be exclusively close-quarters combat. Sniping and mid-ranging are, and always have been, a fundamental game feature. Vantage doesn't change that, she only amplifies it a little. Her existence isn't a bug, it's a call to all CQC players to think a little bit harder about what they're doing, where they're doing it, and whether they're playing the right legend to counter, or at least have that legend on their squad. No player in this game ever had an inalienable right to be out in the open without threat, or to be third-partied only by squads who are willing to get in close.

    @swift07 That sounds more like a Vantage problem than a KC problem. I get KC doesn't have as much cover at the moment as previous....however, we also didn't have almost half the map using Vantage with free sniper skills and spotting without having to look or posses much skill in the form of sniper warfare.

      There isn't really a lot that the devs can do to curb it unless they looked at the distance that you can hear gunfire etc.

      I think they could really look at creating a legend who's kit is focussed on avoiding third parties, perhaps creating sound bubbles where the sounds of a big fight inside are suppressed.

        Vantage is sniper type and KC is sniper galore, so maybe the devs wanted to improve attraction to the new Legend, since Newcastle proved not to be so popular during last season. And they do have the numbers (people using sniper weapons, Legend pick rate, etc.), so they plan, based on those numbers.

      @NickBeam27 it's a combination of both. Of course Vantage is viable for KC, therefore, she is a popular choice.
