I don't understand why this is a thing in ranked

I don't get why entry cost increase when you climb up divisions. This just doesn't make sense to me especially since you can still be teamed up with teammates that are literally a tier below you. It'...

I lost 49RP because a gold 4 threw the game by running in like an idiot and dying

I honestly don't even know what I'm supposed to do at this point
Do I have to hard carry every game like I'm a pro player or something?

@hayhor they probably were cause the Seer is a controller user unless they changed it where controller users can get into keyboard lobbies even if they're solo

  The controller symbol means they are on console. PC players just have the PC symbol regardless of input.
