I got a heirloom that I didn't want in season 0.

This seems like a issue that I personally need to get out of my mind. During the time period of pre season 1, I happened to get the wraith heirloom at around level 23-25. I ended up never using it as I did not play wraith (but bangalore). So now that heirloom shards were introduced a while ago, I was wondering if I could trade in the kunai knife for the cold steel knife. I attached the proof that I own the heirloom. I don't have the photo of when I packed the knife since this is a new PC.

@DizZy_ATX This is a feature that people have been asking a long time ago, but unfortunately there's no way to refund a heirloom, nor any cosmetic at all.

@DizZy_ATX It's one of them things that's kinda like a catch 22.

You were lucky enough to get a heirloom but not the one you wanted and then they changed the whole way they work.

It is a shame that there isn't a system in place.
