@Deapness As stated in the comment above, the EA reps here cannot help you. You'll have to submit a ticket. But even then your chances are slim to none.
"Someone hacked my account and cheated" are the oldest excuse in the book. I'm not saying that you're lying, but I don't think EA is taking any chances.
If one of your accounts on any platform or service has been compromised you should really consider changing your password for all your accounts, not only on Apex/EA.
Make sure that they are all sufficient in their complexity (min 8 chars with lower- and uppercase letters as well as numbers and special chars) and most importantly, that they are all unique.
To keep track of all passwords you could use an offline encrypted password safe, like KeePass. You can then access all your passwords with one master password.
For all services that offers it - use two factor authentication (2FA).
And lastly, do not ever click to save your login information in the browser and/or on Google/Microsoft. If this is done, someone would only need to get into your Google or MS account to view all your passwords.
