i have amazon prime how do i get my free clothes on ps4
when i go to claim the clothes it says ea is linked to steam but i want the clothes for the ps4 version.

Hey @gg123xyz,
you must log in to amazon first.
They will ask you to setup a 2FA (Two factor Authentication).
You have to give them your mobile number and once you're done that you have to verify yourself over this.
After this all is done you can claim what you want.
- @Rotblut im sorry i meant to say that i have amazon prime set to use my ea account which is linked to my steam account and now i want to play only on the ps4/ps5 i want to claim my clothes from amazon prime for the ps4.
there is no option in ea account settings to link to a ps4 account, and i can't find a link to a ps4 account on amazon prime either.
either way i already claimed my crypto clothes out of frustration i wanted it for my ps4 account but i got it for my steam account, but still i want to know how to link my ps4 to claim clothes from amazon prime.

Click sign (top right) then click your profile picture again.
You don't see a section that says link PSN account at the above link?@Popa2capsi went to that page and logged in using psn then i got a different account from 2014. i assume for psn. then i went into connections and unlinked psn. then i read to make psn and origin have the same email so i made the psn the same email as origin and then it connected psn to my origin account.
then it removed all my skins from psn and gave me coins for it so i went to rebuy the revenant heirloom then i didn't get the heirloom after opening the 24 heirloom packs and thats a bug i reported.
i talked to support in chat and they said to make a bug report. and they were looking into it. so now i made my bug report i just play and wait. maybe one day they will give me my heirloom i bought.
