I have lost all my items. pls help

I have logged into apex legends and all of my items are gone. my stats are still there but i have lost all my legend cosmetics, weapon skins, battle pass items, heirloom (octanes), apex coins , craft...

Hey @L0nk,

Have you recently unlinked another account from your EA Account?

This is typically what causes a loss of progress or your cosmetics. That is all stored on the EA Account where it was first earned, and at this point cannot be transferred to a different account.

If that's the case, you would need to re-link the account that was initially connected.

If you run into any issues with that, please reach out to an advisor and they'll be able to take a look for you.

@L0nk You should still get access back to everything saved on your old account, yes.

Do note that anything you unlock in the meantime will not be merged, however. The progress and unlocks from two different accounts cannot be combined currently.
