500lvl+all seasons+quests+level cap increase must be around 320 apex packs.
Have you bought around 200 apex packs with coins??

In 1 season, you can get around 25 packs. I've opened around 320, so 6 more season to go to ,aka 1,5 years to go to get free heirloom 🙂

By that time, most heirloom will be available.
