- Sign in to your EA Account.
- Go to My Cases.
- Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case.

If you used Steam for purchase of those coins. Go to Steam Support->purchases->find that purchase->I have a question about this purchase.
Explain your problem and they will help. Worked for me.
- 2 years ago@MamalatTTV Steam support doesn't reply to my ticket. I did explain exactly but still no way to help me, so I just gave up with Steam support. I appreciate your help
