I just gave my pov and requested my match history but just got prewritten email

Hi, thank you for reading me, days ago i realized i didnt recived my rewards for peaking Diamond last season, i was concerned, so i just emailed back to recieve some answers, yes i dashboarded "ONLY" after i solo reached Diamond, i Dashboarded in a despered way to hit Pred which i didnt made it, but im a bit confused about what the email describes, i want answers i dont want the rewards, thats up to respawn, i want someone to explain to me how it works and a little patience, cuz like i said, i just want answers, also i want to someone of Respawn or EA who is aware of the situation to answer those question, so please, i wont read or respond to anyone but the staff of the game.

i will C&P the text of the email.

We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.

Your account was found to have benefitted from repeated and excessive intentional abuse of a bug.
Because your account was cheating, we have removed Ranked Points from your account.
You will receive Ranked Series 2 Rewards appropriately to the amount of Ranked Points you have after the removal action.
If you were Predator or Diamond ranked during the above activity, you will be demoted to Platinum rank.

Ok my question are: 

1.- How the points removal works? because for what i know theres a Demotion Protection that does not let you get down from a rank to another. 

Also i want to ask if a "Bug" or "Failure" is in what is written in the Section 6 Point 17 which says:

"Use exploits, cheats, undocumented features, design errors or problems in an EA Service."

because the email says "Bug" but in the current document is not saying that also the real definition is "Failure" because a "Bug" is something that is found by a "Tester" reported to the developers so they can take action before it gets to the client
2.- I want to state, like i said before that i was Diamond IV before i was even aware that this "Failure" was in my knowlege, saying this, the email says what is in green text. Which didnt happen. Why? is my question and how it works?.

3.- The email says that is a "Bug" Abuse but the section 6 doesnt even have that word written on it?

to this, im not upset, i have to take responsability of my actions, but i want to pepole to just think a little bit before saying anything else and dont underestimate others skills or even reading capability.

oh and if i can get my full match history (if possible) that would be very nice.
