I just uninstalled Apex

It's not that I cannot get games in the first place. It's that I cannot get a playable game if my life depended on it.

Over time, the likelyhood of getting at least 1 reliable teammate has gone down to the point where I cannot remember the last time I won a game where I didn't do all of the heavy lifting alone.

Games are supposed to be fun, and fun is the last thing Apex is right now.

Another addition to the problems in ranked, they are more than pathetic.

It sounds like "I can't compete on my level anymore, I'm scared, that's why I made a new account and compete against you noobs so I can feel good about myself!"

What a way to ruin ranked for everybody. They do not have respect towards lower level players who actually working hard for it.

I understand they wanted to release a BR game with a different feel by having teams of three and the different abilities. Overall its a fun game but only having the option of a three man team is flawed. It only works out well if you have a team of three friends online. This is very hard to come by with the average person having their every day schedules and responsibilities. By now we all know what it's like to play with random teammates, it can be brutal at times. This absolutely sucks the fun right out of this game for me and many others. No one wants to play a game at a disadvantage especially in a competitive multiplayer. Having teammates able to drop out of games as easily as they can creates the biggest disadvantage.

IMO the best thing they implemented thus far was the addition of solo and duo's, with duo's being my favorite since you still get that team play aspect. but what do they do? They make them LTM and remove them LOL. Honestly, something that's been available in games for many many years is simply removed. Again, I understand they were testing the waters and they don't want to steer away form their main goal of only having a three man squad. But they cant deny the fact there is a demand for these modes and by having them it creates more variety.

This game is still one my favorites to play but I can only take so much when it comes to randoms. Them randomly dropping on the map, disconnecting when they die, disconnecting because they didn't get their favorite character and the toxic remarks said because you didn't get their banner in time. I could go on and on but you get my point. The current state of the game has me jumping off of the game after a couple of matches and moving onto other games where I feel i'm not wasting my time. Fingers are still crossed they fully listen and add the content the game truly needs, not more events with overpriced skin content.

That pretty much sums it up, as it stands now, Apex's design falls short at the one thing it's supposed to be. Fun, it's not, and this is always the beginning of the end for games. The moment people can no longer remember a time they logged in and enjoyed their time playing is the moment they will play something else instead.

Seriously just go play a game you enjoy, and i hope you do enjoy it, but threads like this serve 0 purpose... the game is obviously still growing(just added global event...) so i think apex will be just fine 👍

That's what i'm saying, but respawn definitely could've added solo's and duo's and kept them in as bread and butter game content. 

If they insist you cannot play solo, it's their fault, they should take into consideration the realities of how players are behaving in this game, the reality that a lot of people log in and play under the influence, etc.

The just say you cannot have a game mode away from that. It's their fault, this game is dying fast from sheer neglect.

@Jem450R I had put Apex on the backburner a while back, but now I went and just deleted the game entirely, the announcement of a competitive league is as we like to say where i'm from "mustard after your meal" and unfortunately a significant portion of competitive players have left.

Apex's player base now is signed pro's who are obliged by contract to play, and the cannon fodder that joined in S3. The cadre of players at the core is leaving right now.

The fact is that you cannot prove the game is growing, this forum is a reflection of the huge loss of interest in this game, even recently ad june and july this forum was quite lively, it's a ghost town now. I'm quitting, grips quits, koochi quits, everyone's friends list is empty.

All that's left is the slop.

Played last night, and I actually sweated all 10 games, couple of 3rd place finishes, couldn't account for anything good.

I don't know what you're expecting from the replies, I tried to sway your decision  to patiently wait it out, but it is unfortunately clear you're not going to entertain that idea.

You're speaking out of frustration, completely understandable. Even Shroud came out yesterday with very harsh opinions on the game, if only Respawn didn't take as long as they do to acknowledge the community, maybe things would be different.

Forum members tend to be the outspoken ones, but my guess is a silent majority don't see any issues with the game.

Quick question, if you guys quit Apex, wouldn't you also want to quit the forum? Otherwise, isn't your opinions, and comments, kinda bias since you hate the game, or should I say, don't care for it as much as you once did.

I have done my fair share of contributions to the "whine and cheese" forum, but mostly out of passion, I still play the game, and probably will still be playing going into the new year.

I still have hope, it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be on reddit lolol

in the movie 1 flew over the coo coos nest, there is a scene where they talk about  smokes being held by the lead nurse. in that scene the nurse said, people being left alone is a sign of sickness, or something to that effect. hence why when ever you come here to say "you want solos" and "teams are bad", your contradicting this wisdom from the nurse in that movie.

also if u got solos and were a hacker then solos are a gud spot 4 you, but 4 regular joes like me its unfair. no if u get solos then i get solos 2 and no hackers so i can fight and not bring a knife to a gun fight proverbially speaking.
