I need help linking my apex switch account

So recently I tried to get into my Nintendo switch account but I noticed an email I don’t recognize so all I ask is, are there ways for you to help me link my switch account without email?

Luffygod_2011 Account related issues sadly cannot be handled on the forums, (and there is no way to link a Nintendo Account to an EA Account without being able to sign into both accounts). However, you can contact EA or Nintendo Support to recover your EA/Nintendo account, (depending on which account is linked to the unknown email).

Contact EA Support if:

You believe your EA Account was hacked, (or is hacked)
The email, (or other information), on your EA Account was changed by someone else

Contact Nintendo Support if:

Your believe your Nintendo Account was hacked, (or is hacked)
The email, (or other information), on your Nintendo Account was changed by someone else

Note: EA won't be able to handle account related issues with a Nintendo Account, and Nintendo won't be able to handle account related issues with an EA Account, (so make sure you're contacting the right team). If both accounts are believed to be hacked, (or is hacked), or have a changed email, (or other information), contact EA Support about your EA Account, and contact Nintendo Support about your Nintendo Account.
