    Hey Faiyaz-R​,

    I'm afraid this cannot be disputed on the forums, or through any other channels aside from this appeal form. 

    If you've already appealed multiple times and the Terms of Service team declined to remove a ban, that would be final and not something we can change here or elsewhere, sorry.

Faiyaz-R​ Unfortunately, ban related issues cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

As for using 3rd party software to run the game in DX11 mode, that could be seen as cheating since you are running the game in an unintended way. 

When playing the game, its better to only use what's available by the game and its in-game settings.

    I have already contacted EA support and pleaded my case more than ten times. After speaking with EA Live Chat, they suggested I post here so that a Community Manager might see it. I am very desperate for help. I normally play at 60 FPS, but recently I have not been able to get more than 30 FPS. I was simply trying to improve my settings to fix this issue. I am fine with it if they decided to punish 1 month, 2 month for that,  punishing me permanently is not right.

        but they are not helping. they don't listen to me. they are repeating these same words over and over.  Their TOS team and their form system handling is very bad. and at worst part is they won't even talk to you. their system is so bad
