I only want one answer.
The reason is that my APEX account was banned by the anti-cheat system while I was using a game network optimization software, even though it a legitimate ban. After about half a year of appealing and searching for solutions, I obtained my Request.zip match data and other files from the APEX Data Protection Officer, but seemed to just end my appeal there. I tried to contact the DPC, but I was rejected due to my nationality. Every time I appeal, I never get a clear response me what to do; instead, I am repeatedly rejected with template-like replies. I play many games, such as CS2 and WORLD of TANKS BLITZ, and their service actually helps solve problems, but APEX just makes me anxious. People in my country all think APEX is a great game, but the customer service and anti-cheat system are, and the facts prove it. I have persisted for so long without a clear or human response. Now I have run out of appeal attempts. Every time I appeal, I am sincere, I still cannot get a response from a real person.
