I purchased the Battle Pass, but the pass didn't unlock.
The first time I purchased the Ultimate Battle Pass through the Steam platform was on April 3rd at 7:59 PM. However, my Ultimate Battle Pass didn't unlock. I received the bonus loot boxes and Blue Points, but the Ultimate Battle Pass remained unlocked. When I contacted support, they couldn't find my purchase history. So, I got frustrated and purchased it again, this time more carefully through the EA App. But I encountered the same problem – I received all the bonus items, but the Ultimate Battle Pass still wouldn't unlock. My second purchase was on April 6th. I've reported the issue to support again, but I don't know if it will be resolved. I'm genuinely worried about this problem.
