I thought we’re done with Fortified Legends

@hayhor Yeah I forgot to mention that this statement was from DZK.

For anyone who doesn’t know who Daniel Z Klein is, he was the lead balance developer replaced by JayBiebs.

Ok, fine.
Then the robots should also have Fortified cause ROBOTS, and Wraith/Wattson should get their small hitboxes back.
