I used my old school email for EA account but i dont have access to this email can you help me change the email

@itay107 EA help will respond but it usually takes a while as they're generally super busy. That's why mako suggested Facebook or twitter also. 🙂

If you're going through the Facebook link in my earlier post, that should take you to the EA Help Facebook page. From there you can send them a message to get support that way. 🙂
