i was robbed of my heirloom shards

i got bloodhounds heirloom before heirloom shards were a thing now i am stuck with an heirloom i dont want, everyone who got their heirloom later than me is at a major advantage because they actually get a choice while i am stuck with an heirloom i dont like or want, i dont know why when heirloom shards were first created that everyone who already had an heirloom had the choice to refund their heirloom for heirloom shards, if they love the heirloom they had then they can rebuy it no drama's but for those who got stuck with an heirloom we dont want we can actually choose the heirloom we want like 90% of players have gotten to do

    Hmmm, level 700+.  What's an heirloom?

    @RockDokRock dont want sympathy i just want the devs to notice and actually give me the ability to choose my heirloom, would prefer to have no heirloom over an heirloom i never use because at least that means i am likely to get an heirloom i can choose soonish

    @Swarth2300 If they were going to do this it would have happened with the shards change before they released a bunch more heirlooms. If they did it now people will be asking to refund ones by saying they want ones that came out after the one they picked.

    I fully understand why you want it. I just would not hold my breath on it.

    @hayhorsadly i do think you are right, that said changes like this can come out of the blue i am just not really holding my breath for it to happen, i am not spending the ridiculous amount of money it costs to get an heirloom when its first released so hopefully for me the apex god's will bless me with heirloom shards in one of the few apex packs i can earn

    that is true though, i really wouldnt be opposed to 1 free(even if they charged $20 or so for you to be able to change heirloom's once i would take that deal) but i think if they did that it would cost them money(weven with the idea where they charge money to change your heirloom) so i dont expect that either.

    i am switching from ps4 to xbox series x soon, if i had not already spent around $300 or so on apex i would just go on a new account and eventually get the heirloom i wanted but that is a decent chunk of money to just throw down the drain

    have to wait for the cross progression thing currently though

    @Cheese9Man unless it looks horrible i honestly think i would get fuse's heirloom, if its just a beer bottle or something then i will not get fuse's heirloom :P but if its the golden grenade or something interesting then fuse's heirloom

    pretty much 99% chance i would get fuse's heirloom when it comes out however if its terrible then i would struggle to choose between caustic's and rampart's, i do think gibby's looks the best but i dont use him that often, rampart and caustic are both secondary mains and i like both heirlooms very much

    out of all the released heirlooms i just dont like mirages(bloodhounds i also find a bit bland but i would be happy with it if i actually used bloodhound) so they do have a track record of releasing good heirlooms so i have a good chance i will like fuse's heirloom even if it doesnt come out for a bit

    i assume you would get gibby's heirloom? best looking heirloom in the game imo

    @Swarth2300 Yeah they're getting better at the heirlooms. The only "new" heirloom that kinda sucks was Bangalore's. Yes will absolutely get Gibby's!

    @Cheese9Man i put bangalore's up there with bloodhound's as in i would have it if they were my main but its not very interesting, i didnt expect a wrench to actually be any good but they did great with rampart's heirloom, caustic's heirloom is weird because it just kinda came out of no where but it looks so good, there is rumours from a picture that fuse's heirloom will be a cricket bat which i wont mind as long as it looks interesting but time will tell
