I won a game in apex but it didnt count!

I won a game of apex and when we wanted to go to the lobby to claim our reward we got an error and when we checked we didnt get any xp and in my stats it still said 1 win even tho that was my 2nd win...

Lmao hahahaha thats true but its a game where u are able to win and like i said. My and my friends win didnt register and thats kinda sad :/

Hey, I have word that this is being investigated.

However, unfortunately we don't have any tools to recover specific matches that fell into the void. Sorry, I know that's more frustrating if you're on your first few wins.
