If i delete my ea account will i be able to use the same gmail

Please help i unlinked my ea account from apex and i wanted to link it to another account on my ps 4but that didn't work so i wanted to delete the account and use the same gmail to make a fresh start but im not sure if i can use the same gmail

    Hey @The-walker2008,

    I'm a little confused as to what the issue is. So you've unlinked your EA account from your PlayStation account, and now you want to delete your EA account so you can make it again and link a new PlayStation account to it?

    Can I ask why you want to do that since unlinking and deleting your account also deletes all your progress? Would it not be easier to make a new EA account and link your PlayStation account to that?

    Well yes but this current email has everything on it and i dont want to use another account to make a new start because i want everything to be on the current email im using. so if can delete this account and use the same email to make a new one then please tell me

    You can delete your account and make a new one if you want to, but you'll have to reach out to our live support team in order to do so. You can contact them here:

    Just note that doing so will have a list of consequences, such as losing all progress and in-game purchases. We have an article here with some more information:

    But that doesn't answer the question if i can use the same email to make a new one ☹️

    Ah, right, sorry.

    Yes, if you delete your account, you can then use the email address on that account to make a new one. I slightly lost track of the original question, I'm very sorry.

    Again thank you very much but now there is one thing left how do i delete my ea account you told me in of the replies to go to the link and i didn't understand what i should do i can only make a new case and that's it

    There isn't a way that you can delete your account by yourself, you need to get an advisor to delete your account for you. Although if you're having trouble reaching one of them, then I believe our social team on Twitter can help you delete it too:

    I am just going through the same kinda situation.  My account was set to a children's account due to my fat fingers and they would not change without proof of age, so I unlinked my account, I then asked them to delete my EA account which they said they did" even though I am using it right now🤔". I plan on creating the EA account again with the same email but ensuring my date of birth is correct.  I asked these questions in the chat with EA, but they did not respond to any questions outwith unlinking my account and deleting my account. Finding how to speak to someone on there is such a agonising process.

    If you are attempting to try to contact a support agent from EA. Question is! How many months are you willing to wait. I have a situation where my login verification has some one else's email. I can't go on line. Nor can I delete that email. I have tried to contact EA to fix the problem, but for the past 10 days. Nada. I fill out the chat info and either I get the volume of calls is too many, please try again later. Or where I fill in the info needed to start a Chat session, and the enter button remains grey, and no action is taken. So good luck with amending your problem. I hope your success is better than mine, as I'm still no further ahead.
