If i get a free aniverrsery pack and open it, will my heirloom count be reset???

I've been trying to grind for an heirloom for almost a year now due to having to use a different account and you get free event packs for doung challenges. I really don't want it to reset

@BGLILEVILSOLDIER No it does not reset. This has been discussed and looked into.

The people who are claiming it does, simply don't know what they are talking about. The Events are completely separate from the guarantee. They are likely confused about what's going on and likely over estimating the number of standard apex packs they have purchased. If you buy the shards from this event it will have 0 impact on the counter for the guarantee.

You are right if you re talking about all the events before the 2nd year anniversary event. I calculated how many packs I've opened and I should have got my second heirloom but I did not, I opened over 550 packs. Since I got the kunai from the event my regular packs for shards got reset. If you do your research, there are many other people who are having this issue right now and that 1 is me who has spent hundreds of dollars thinking that my packs were not reset. I did my math and I should have gotten it, 550 packs later I did not. Respawn needs to look into this, there are many other people who are experiencing the same.
