If you die a lot and have horrible aim

Yeah being against things that ruin game quality. So toxic.

The problem to me is not the other people your referring to. They join the game with an attitude that random teammates of varying skill are worthy of their time. 

You on on the other hand OP have certain expectations of your teammates making it impossible for you to join a random team and consistently have fun. 

The solution isn’t for every other player in the world to practice until they fulfill some level of play you deem adequate. 

The solution is you you shouldn’t join a random team. Or you should adjust your attitude against strangers your voluntarily joining. 

Its all about you mate. 

For playing good at any game, you can achieve that by practice, but being good person is not come by practice, it's in you. So, what will you do?

gotta learn to adapt.  survival is name of the game.  Try to talk to them on mic and see if they actually want to try.  maybe the game is not for you.   But I do agree game should have a ranked queue.  And it should be an elo ranking based on wins.

People are so uptight about their pixelated incompetence that the moment it is drawn into question they lash out, even if the OP is some insignificant internet stranger.
