Not sure what to say here. I've heard lately of cheats where people auto heal without having to use cans or launch into an animation. That could be part of it. Obviously server issues could be a thing, but it seems to me that would affect everyone equally, not favoring some players over others.
The closest thing I have to this experience is where in some matches I shoot my tripletake and achieve my standard high accuracy. In other matches I start shooting the same gun over the same range and nothing connects at all. At which point I usually quit and re-queue. I'm not saying it's a network thing. It could just be me. But I can't understand why one match will be flawless and the next will be unplayable when I'm pretty sure that my own performance is a near-constant in the equation.

I see what you mean, I had the same issue with the triple take a couple days ago when I got one on the hot drop and the shots went right through anyone I shot at. The pre season 20 triple take would do a powerful shot even without aiming, you could just hipfire it and do huge damage, now the shots don't even register. I did manage to do damage in the 50s once with it this season, but I was shocked when that happened. It's one reason I try to stick to the automatic weapons now, they still have problems registering, but you can at least crack someone who has already been fired on.
