I'm rookie IV and I need 1k LP for every division
is it normal that I get 3-4 kills a game but die early and get 7 points max and still get minus -42 and also there is an entry fee of 50 every game is that normal in rookie ? I need help please

Respawn decided to go to opposite direction than last season. Aaand because the top players need to have decent match queue times they are being put in the lower lobbies.
Its safe to say 2/3 of the whole player base is in rookie/bronze after 3 weeks (even with people who stopped playing ranked after those 10 first matches).
Personally I have been going back and forth with few points from silver 4 for week now. It kinda feels like I am being intentionally kept from climbing. SoloQ few matches with 0 braincell hotdrop teammates and I drop to 600/1000LP and then get the surprise win + another good games to be 999/1000 and then back to 600/1000lp. Anyone else with the same issue?
System is definitely broken.

@BallisticMVP I mean its a total hot mess for soloQ people who dont have the time to grind up. You could get matched with some plat level players or with some actual rookie players. Dont really care for rank itself (didnt even play in S17). Trying to have fun and get some challenging matches. I know my level which is not high anyways so this kind of bottleneck means if I play now there is huge chance I am playing against players way above my rank. If I play later those people who grinded their main to max will be smurfing.
- @Airish85 and? You would like to get the rank for free ? It doesn’t really change anything. If you get it easier then everyone else will also get it easier resulting in the same scenario just a couple ranks up.
yep this mmr system is so bad that no one play ranked anymore lmao
guess i'll just skip this season like s17 since devs really hate the game.
