I'm very disappointed about the EAC anti-cheat system

Hi, guys. I don't know if you had ever reported hackers in games by the report systems (either the one in game or the one at EAC website), but I can tell you that the EAC anti-cheat system is totally useless and even the staffs, who are responsible for banning people, probably would not look at what you have written in your reports at all! 

2 weeks ago, I reported a hacker to them with the evidence, but until today, he is still playing without any punishment. I just wonder why they can do nothing on him as if nothing happens! Are they really serious about the hacking problems?

He had about 3000 kills two weeks ago, and now he has 4400 kills, keeping on his slaughter. By the way, he is not the only one I had reported, and I don't know you like apex legends or not. At least I loved it but the hackers are just ruining the game and everyone's gaming experience.

    Hey all, please do not share links to any cheats you may see as doing so is technically a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.

    From here on out, any sharing of videos or naming of users and accusing them of cheating or linking to cheating sites will result in bans.

    i sent the report web page a report with video proof on youtube, made the video unlisted so it would show a counter of at least 1 is someone looked at the video and it shows zero. nobody even watched the video. but the mods will say not to post the video here because thats what the report web site is for, yeah right. its probably a dead web page or it got hacked and is made useless by hackers. thats why people report but nobody gets banned.

    3 games 3 cheaters... EU servers are literally similar to Asian now. I am quitting until they fix it. The last cheater was holding a * shotgun and shooting havoc ammo.... There is no cure for this. Just shut down the game or quit. This game is doomed to fail as long as they keep it f2p.

    Fully investigate? really? It has been two weeks, and I provided EAC the evidence of how he hacked two weeks ago and the hacker is not banned even now. What a great process! Never mind, I think I should wait, maybe three months or half a year? And after that, I shall tell everyone how fast EAC deals with hackers and reports. Anyway, I'm satisfied with your great "official" reply. Thank you.

    If you suspect someone of cheating then please report them using the link in the accepted solution.

    Once a report is made there will be no update on the outcome of the investigation.
