Implement input based matchmaking to avoid balancing issues (tap strafing)

Please add input based matchmaking.

These forums are littered with people asking for it and people complaining about cross platform.

The excuse from the devs that "people could just switch inputs mid game" is ridiculous. If you don't want them to switch inputs, add input lock. Games like Halo, Fortnite, Warzone, and even Splitgate have figured it out. It is possible and it would solve many issues.
