Inconsistent CP rotation (bocek statement)

Am i the only one who misses the bocek bow?

The bocek bow has been locked in the CP since like season 14. The bow is kind of a nieche weapon. It isn’t necessarily a hard weapon to use and some people might think of it as a meme weapon.

I mained the bocek since i might not have the best range up close with an smg. The bow at mid range was lethal and for me really easy to aim with and use. It kept me playing the game for hours at a time but suddently it was moved to the CP.

No biggie, guns rotate in and out of the CP everytime the season changes. But here we are like a year later and it still hasn’t come out. I get most people don’t miss it and doesn’t mind it being gone.

What i find most annoying though is that the devs have realeased no statement or news about the plan for the bocek. I think something to explain if the bow is going to be a permanent CP gun would be sufficient, so that the people who like it won’t get their hopes up every single time a new season rolls around.

Of course it’s still available to use but i definitely feel like the bow spawns less than for example the prowler last season. And if the CP containing the bow doesen’t spawn in say a 500 feet radius of you, there’s nothing guaranteeing you’ll get it.

Most people complained about the ammo when it was ground loot. I never found it that problematic and the fact you could pick up arrows that you killed someone with was a great feauture of the gun. But if devs and players think the ammo still isn’t good, just rework it so that it uses sniper or energy ammo. They’ve reworked guns before, for example the charge rifle (obviously it still uses sniper ammo but you get the point).

I think the best solution would be to put it on the ground again. The CP was perfect with only one permanent weapon, the kraber. Rotate all other guns so that it doesn’t create inconsistencies in the CP weapon rotation.

Also, i just think the people who liked it deserve it back on the ground for a while.
