@AztecCataclysm Be sure to completely close out of the game, for Series X make sure it's not in the quick resume either. Then restart your console and go back into Apex to confirm if the badge is missing.

Hi, I have done this completely closed out of the game and reset and I still have a static master badge when I should have a static pred badge. I have all other pred rewards besides the badge. I can confirm my pred badge is missing. I was #311 Pred too, so there is no way I demoted to master either.
