infinite matchmaking/ 1 player queues

Recently about a week ago my account got hacked. when I recovered the account it had been banned. I got the ban overturned, but then when I booted up Apex and wanted to hop into a game it would not let me in one. It says matchmaking or 1 player queue until I get kicked for being inactive. I have contacted EA Support many times and they have not done anything. It has been 7 days and I just want to play the game. I have troubleshooted everything on my end, and nothing worked. just wondering if anyone would be able to give a fix.  Also if anyone has advice to help me fix this please respond.
