Ingame groups network system?

Dear Respawn and the community why have we not got a way to find other players to group up with before a game so that we don't have to be put with two random teammates who will not help in anyway e.g.( will disconnect or be AFK during the match ). All im saying is I would like to see a way to look at groups that are looking for people that want to play like the network system from Titanfall 2 allowing people to find one to two other players who are looking to play and don't want to deal with the issues of trying to play solo.

@AimlessMitewould love to see this too, also, the ability to join a clan or a group or something, so casual players will feel like they are a part of something when they play and not abandon a match like they don't care at all. But maybe these features not gonna come anytime soon, maybe season 3.
