@MG-Zonex The prefix should be the same; whereas 192.168.xxx.xxx references anything local to your PC. There is the fact they use data centers and not a direct route to their main server. A data center is a physical facility used to house their critical applications but they lease them from various companies. Should a center come under a denial of service attack, this allows the games to continue elsewhere.
I have experience connection issues in the past. I know we are allowed to change data servers on both the PC and PS4. On the PC the Tab key will bring up the servers by ping. What they don't tell us is how crowded they are at any given time. Try changing up to a slightly higher server on that list.
My client keeps sending me to St. Louis and I get a better connection through New York. The difference in ping is only +10 most of the time. I hope that will assist you.
